Shipping Policy

At Quietly Human, each item is made to order just for you. Please allow time for both production and shipping when placing your order.

Processing & Production

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before they ship. During holidays, new releases, or other high-volume periods, production may take a little longer.

U.S. Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders.

An Express Shipping option for $9.99 may also be available at checkout for eligible orders.

Please note that selecting express shipping speeds up the shipping portion of your order and does not eliminate production time.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your package.

Occasional carrier delays can happen and are outside of our control.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Because orders move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is placed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we'll help investigate.

If tracking shows a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us.
